SUADO

Reminders are easy to ignore. SUADO isn’t.

It holds you to what you decided, at the moment you’d rather not. SUADO knows your day and your reasons, and works out each time whether to step in, how, what to say, and how hard to push.

Invite-only pilot for adults, starting in the UK.

It remembers why

18:30. SUADO texts rather than rings (you asked for a text first, and a call only if you go quiet), with a steady push.

SUADO: Ready for the gym? Set off in 10. And don’t forget your flip flops for the pool this time!

You: not really feeling it today

SUADO: How come?

You: just cba. wanna watch the next episode of my show, that cliffhanger was crazy

It pushes firmly, once, using the words you gave it for days like this.

SUADO: Haha I get it. But the show will still be there at 9, and the gym shuts in an hour. Remember what you told me to say on days like this: it took months to build this routine, and it slips in a week. Unless something’s off with your health, I’d go and get it done.

You: ffs I did say that. ok fine, quick session only

You’ve agreed, so it backs off and meets you halfway.

SUADO: Deal. Do what you can and don’t push it. Although you usually end up staying longer once you’re there 👀

You: haha shut up

SUADO: I’ll check in once you’re home, then I’ll leave you and the cliffhanger to it.

You: sounds good 👍

20:47

You: did 50 mins. don’t say it

SUADO: Wasn’t going to 😇 Enjoy the episode.

It breaks it down

18:52. A light-touch text: last night you said you’d sort it today, and your evening’s free.

SUADO: Last night the state of the house was getting to you, and we agreed to sleep on it and sort it today. So, what’s the plan?

You: omg there’s too much. dishes, kitchen, clothes everywhere, hoovering, and the washing needs hanging before it goes stinky. even thinking about starting is stressing me out

SUADO: That’s a lot to carry round in your head, no wonder. Want me to ring you and we’ll do it together?

You: fine

SUADO rings: a long, stressed reply and a yes to a call.

SUADO: Right. It feels huge because it’s all one big blob at the moment. Give it an order and it shrinks.

You: how tf do you make an order out of that

SUADO: Washing first, because it’s the only thing on a clock. Then clothes off the floor, because that’s what makes the whole place look sorted. Just those two.

You: ok but what about the rest

SUADO: There’s an order for that too, but I’m not dumping it all on you at once. Kitchen and hoovering tomorrow. Two things tonight, then we see how you feel.

You: ok… but I really cba getting up rn. work was brutal

Tired after work, so it backs off: a break first, then the washing.

SUADO: I know. You hit that deadline though, and that’s not nothing. Take fifteen minutes, then I’ll ring you back and we start with the washing.

You: that’s fair

SUADO: Speak in fifteen.

Call ended, 3:48. Then at 19:52:

You: washing’s up, floor’s clear. it looks so much better

SUADO: See? It shrinks. Kitchen tomorrow?

It reads your day

07:00. The weekday wake-up call you set, with a reason rather than a noise.

SUADO: Morning, it’s 7. You asked me to get you up, because the days you’re up by 7 are the ones that don’t feel rushed. How are you feeling?

You: rough. slept like crap

A bad night, so the day gets lighter.

SUADO: Ok, then today stays light. 14 things on the list, but only two can’t wait. Car insurance runs out at midnight, and your mum’s card needs posting by 1 to get there for Saturday. The rest can wait.

You: ugh ok. I’m up

SUADO: Good. You’re free 10 till 11, so insurance then. I’ll leave the rest alone unless you ask.

Call ended, 1:52.

09:58

You: doing the insurance now

10:00. SUADO stays quiet: you’d already started, so a nudge would just be noise.

13:14

You: both done. actually feeling a lot better

SUADO: Nice, the big two are sorted. Grab some lunch and I’ll check back in an hour.

14:15. You said you’re feeling better, so it offers more, not less.

SUADO: Back from lunch? You’re on a roll, so fancy a couple of quick ones?

You: go on then

SUADO: That return. The window shuts Thursday, and we both know what happened with the last one 💀

You: hahaha fair. what else

SUADO: A haircut. Sam’s wedding is on Sunday, and you told me to nudge you before anything big.

You: ugh yes. ok

SUADO: Sorted. Text me anything new before it slips, and I’ll ring at 10 for the wind-down, like always.

You already know what you need to do. Doing it is the hard part.

For a lot of people, and for many ADHD brains especially, the gap isn’t knowing. It’s the moment something needs starting. Planners, apps and reminders all wait for you to open them, and on a bad day that’s exactly what doesn’t happen.

SUADO doesn’t wait to be opened. It comes to you.

Every nudge is a decision.

A reminder knows one thing: the time. SUADO is weighing up six, from what you’ve told it, what’s on your plate and how today’s going.

  • Whether

    Stay quiet

Sometimes the best nudge is none.

If you’re already on it, it leaves you be. If it’s been in touch a lot today, it eases off. You won’t get a nudge just because the clock says so.

  • How

    TextRing

A text, or a call. Some planned, some not.

Calls you set up: a wake-up call that gives you a reason to get out of bed, not just a noise. A quick plan for the day. A wind-down before bed to close the day off. And calls you didn’t plan for, when texts aren’t landing or you’re overwhelmed. Only ever if you’ve said calls are OK.

  • What to say

    “your words”its own

Your reasons, or a good one of its own.

When you’re about to bail, it reaches for what you actually said: why it matters to you, what you asked to be reminded of on days like this. The rest of the time it finds a practical one, like five minutes on the dishes tonight saving a scrub at dried-on food tomorrow. No guilt, and no empty “You’ve got this!”.

  • How hard

It pushes once. Then it’s on your side.

When you’re about to bail, it gives you its best reason, once. When you’re tired, ill or genuinely stretched, it backs off and meets you halfway. No streaks, no guilt trips, no telling-off.

  • What first

    123

Long lists sorted, big jobs broken down.

It sorts everything by what can’t wait and how you’re doing today. A rough night means a lighter day. On a roll, it’ll offer a couple of extras. Anything too big to start gets broken into a first step small enough to actually do. And it’s all on a board inside Telegram, where you can see your day and change the list yourself.

  • What to remember

    Your words, 3 September

    The bits worth keeping.

Not everything you say. Why you started, what tripped you up last time, what you asked it to say on days like this. It holds onto those and brings them back when they’ll help, so the longer you use it, the more it has to work with. And you can wipe the lot whenever you like.

Your rules come first

Quiet hours. How often it can get in touch. How hard it pushes. And anything you tell it in your own words, like “never ring before 9”. Change any of it by text, whenever you like.

Coming during the pilot: SUADO picks the best moment inside a window you set, instead of a fixed time.
